What we don't do
For safety, quality and honesty — here's where we draw the line.
Mold removal — requires a specialized service; we are not equipped to handle mold-related issues.
Hoarding homes, smoked-in homes, homes with excessive dirt, or areas with animals, body fluids, blood, feces, vomit, cat litter, pests, nests, bird cages, urine or excretions. ($200 fee applies if paid upfront and we cannot service.)
Bleach or industrial-strength products — for our team's safety. We can use your own products if non-industrial.
Screens, closed closets, or under beds (unless explicitly requested).
Climbing higher than a step stool, or moving objects/furniture over 35 lb.
Areas not reachable with a one-step tool or 3-foot duster — please move heavy items beforehand.
We do not provide garbage bags (only cleaning products and tools).
Garbage cans or drains.
Waxing, polishing, acid washing, or buffer/polishing machines on floors.
Removal of grout, concrete, hard water stains, rust stains, paint residue or other hard-to-remove stains.
Detail-cleaning plastic blinds.
Wiping down walls (dusting available on request).
Supplying laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, or dish soap.
