Position summary
We're hiring part-time and full-time staff. The number of hours given weekly may vary. You'll help customers by cleaning their homes with care and attention to detail. Some days you may work alone, other days with a teammate — either way, we've got your back. We're looking for dependable people who do what they say they'll do, care about quality, and take pride in doing great work.
Qualifications
- A reliable car with valid insurance
- Your own cleaning tools (vacuum, mop, cleaning supplies)
- Ability to speak English
- Good cleaning skills
- A clean background check
- A valid U.S. driver license
- Dependable and on time
Pay
- Paid training (3 to 12 hours at minimum wage)
- Start at $18/hr + tips
- Performance-based raises: +$1 every 6 months (up to $20.00/hour)
- Bonuses for bringing in new customers, recommending new team members, and sharing ideas to improve the company
