Captain Duster is a family-owned house cleaning company serving homes and businesses across Florida's Treasure, Space and Gulf Coasts. Information you give us. When you request an estimate, contact us, or leave feedback, we collect your name, email address, phone number, service address, and home details you choose to share (such as number of bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage) and any message you write.

Information collected automatically. When you use the site we automatically collect standard technical data — IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and interactions (clicks, scrolls, navigation) — through cookies and similar technologies. We also use session recording, which captures how you move through and interact with the site. Recordings include text you type into forms (for example your name, email, phone and message) so we can understand and fix issues with our forms. Password fields are masked.
