Information you give us. When you request an estimate, contact us, or leave feedback, we collect your name, email address, phone number, service address, and home details you choose to share (such as number of bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage) and any message you write.

Information collected automatically. When you use the site we automatically collect standard technical data — IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and interactions (clicks, scrolls, navigation) — through cookies and similar technologies. We also use session recording, which captures how you move through and interact with the site. Recordings include text you type into forms (for example your name, email, phone and message) so we can understand and fix issues with our forms. Password fields are masked.

• Respond to your estimate, booking and contact requests and provide cleaning services.
• Schedule visits, dispatch the right crew to your address, and communicate with you about your service.
• Send service updates and, where permitted, occasional offers (you can opt out anytime).
• Operate, secure, analyze and improve our website and customer experience.

We use PostHog (product analytics and session recording) to understand how the site is used and to improve it. PostHog sets cookies and records page interactions including clicks, scrolls, navigation and text you type into forms (passwords excluded). We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process data on our behalf to run the business, under agreements that limit their use of it:

• Attio — customer relationship management (storing your contact and request details).
• Brevo — email delivery and marketing lists.
• PostHog — website analytics and session recording.
• Cloudflare — website hosting, delivery and security.
• BookingKoala — our booking platform (at app.captainduster.com) for scheduling and payments.

Payments are processed through our booking platform's payment provider — this marketing website does not collect or store card numbers. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of marketing messages at any time. Email info@captainduster.com and we'll respond as required by applicable law.

Our site and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
