Paid training
Your first 3 to 12 hours are paid at minimum wage — that's the usual range, though it can run a little longer.
Starting pay
Start at $18/hr plus tips from customers.
Raises
Performance-based raises: +$1 every 6 months, up to $20.00/hr.
Bonuses
Earn for bringing in new customers, recommending new team members, and sharing ideas that improve the company.
Getting paid
Direct deposit every two weeks. W-2 employment.

Schedule
Cleanings booked Mon–Sat, 9:00am–1:00pm and 2:00pm–5:00/6:00pm. You choose the shifts that fit your life.
