Had a great experience with Captain Duster, Marco and Jacqueline! Arrived from Brazil on Friday morning after being displaced from entering my condo for over two years due to building construction. Walked in expecting some dust, but what i found was dead roaches, gecko in the freezer, droppings everywhere in the kitchen, counters and cabinets! Was only staying for the weekend to check on the condo, but i needed immediate help! Spoke to Marco, explained the situation and got next-day service! Jacqueline showed up 10am and tackled the kitchen which was by far the worst of it.
Did a great job. And fit me in very quickly when another company had to cancel. I did an add on for my white cabinets. Glad I did. They even allowed me to exclude the guest bedroom as it rarely used. I have had one deep cleaning & one regular cleaning. Everything went well. The customer service was superb, and the cleaning was great. I have signed up for a weekly cleaning. I am older and have difficulty keeping my house clean. In addition, I have several dogs. As a result, my house was a mess and I contacted Captain Duster for a deep clean. A team of two arrived this morning. However, one of them had an emergency and had to leave. That left Tamara by herself to deal with a 1600 SF dirt bowl. And, I am incredibly happy with the cleaning! I don't understand how one woman did all that she did and did it so well. We were up to our knees in dog hair and there doesn't appear to be one hair left in the house. Not even on the dog beds. How does that happen? Tamara is an excellent cleaner and a pleasure to deal with.
