Had a great experience with Captain Duster, Marco and Jacqueline! Arrived from Brazil on Friday morning after being displaced from entering my condo for over two years due to building construction. Walked in expecting some dust, but what i found was dead roaches, gecko in the freezer, droppings everywhere in the kitchen, counters and cabinets! Was only staying for the weekend to check on the condo, but i needed immediate help! Spoke to Marco, explained the situation and got next-day service! Jacqueline showed up 10am and tackled the kitchen which was by far the worst of it.

A first-time deep clean costs more than a recurring standard clean (about 1.5–2× the time). Captain Duster quotes an exact, guaranteed price up front through the online estimate form — no in-person visit — and recurring or prepaid plans lower the per-visit rate.
What's the difference between standard and deep cleaning?+
A standard (maintenance) clean keeps an already-tidy home fresh: top-to-bottom dusting, vacuum and mop, kitchen and bathroom sanitizing, trash out — on a 1, 2, or 4-week rhythm. A deep clean is a full reset: hand-wiped baseboards, scrubbed grout, inside the oven and fridge, ceiling fans, vents, windowsills and tracks, cabinet exteriors. Most first-time customers start with a deep clean, then maintain it with recurring standard cleans.
Is house cleaning the same as a maid service?+
They describe the same recurring residential cleaning. The difference that matters is who does the work: our cleaners are W-2 employees — background-checked, paid-trained, bonded and insured — not 1099 contractors, so the same vetted crew returns to your home each visit.
How often should I have my house cleaned?+
