Had a great experience with Captain Duster, Marco and Jacqueline! Arrived from Brazil on Friday morning after being displaced from entering my condo for over two years due to building construction. Walked in expecting some dust, but what i found was dead roaches, gecko in the freezer, droppings everywhere in the kitchen, counters and cabinets! Was only staying for the weekend to check on the condo, but i needed immediate help! Spoke to Marco, explained the situation and got next-day service! Jacqueline showed up 10am and tackled the kitchen which was by far the worst of it.

Marco and the Captain Duster team were awesome! They did all the small things right… The appointment was scheduled for 10am and they were here at 10am sharp! The inside of my oven and kitchen sink have never been so clean… Everything looked amazing and I can't wait for them to come back. I would 100% recommend them to friends and family.

I had a bathroom renovation and was overwhelmed with the thought of cleaning all the dust in my bedroom and bath. I called Captain Duster who sent Tamara and let me tell you, she was truly a Godsend! She cleaned every square inch of my bed and bath and took all my worries away! I will use Captain Duster and request Tamara again!

Samantha, Marco and Danny did a wonderful job, would wholeheartedly recommend them and would definitely love for them to do other jobs for us if we should need any. Thank you!

She did not disappointThe house was sparkling clean and smelled so good (in spite of our scruffy dog, George) we have a tiny space for a table and she positioned it a bit differently than I had it. ViMarie was extremely professional and proficient! She has a lovely personality! I am very happy with her cleaning. I even have decided to schedule her every four weeks for the next several months and will see how that goes.As far as the company, Captain Duster, they are extremely professional and technically proficient. They spell out their procedures so you know what you should expect. I left messages several times when I called and they always got back to me within a matter of minutes. Victor is who I spoke to each time and he is amazing.I can say how much I really liked this service. I highly recommend them.Happy New Year!

Marcos and Samantha are amazing! They take a very detailed and organized approach to cleaning so they hit every inch of your home. They apply the same process management skills to how they run their business. My home is spotless and the customer service is excellent. I couldn't ask for more in a cleaning service.

Last January I had a difficult cleaning issue with a new puppy. Because of that and new employees were being trained on site, the cleaning session took longer than I expected. Captain Duster's cleaning service is unique in caring about providing quality customer service.
