Expanding · Land O' Lakes, FL
If you searched for house cleaning in Land O Lakes and landed here, the honest answer is: not yet. Land O Lakes sits on our expansion list, close to The chain of lakes around Lake Padgett and Land O' Lakes Heritage Park, and the waitlist below is the only thing on this page that does anything today.
When we do open, the 3 ZIP codes we would work first are 34637, 34638 and 34639. On the neighbourhood level that means Ballantrae, Connerton, Wilderness Lake Preserve and Lake Padgett Estates, among others.
Near enough to the water to feel it, far enough to be spared the worst of it: that is where Land O Lakes sits, and it shapes how often a home actually needs attention rather than how dramatic each visit is.
You will not hear from us in the meantime. That is deliberate. The single email you get from this list is the one that says crews are working in Land O Lakes, and waitlist members get first access to the calendar.
Why we exist
You work all week. You get home. The house needs attention again — counters, floors, bathrooms, dust that showed up two days after you cleaned. Saturday morning rolls around and instead of doing what you actually want, you're scrubbing toilets and mopping floors.
The house gets clean. But you're exhausted. And by Wednesday, it looks like you never touched it.
Meanwhile, the things that actually matter to you — time with your kids, your business, your health, a Saturday that feels like a Saturday — keep getting pushed to "next week."
You shouldn't have to choose between a clean home and a life you enjoy. That's a trade-off that doesn't need to exist.

The crew is professional and very efficient, their price is fair and their service is great.
Great service and great price!
I'm very satisfied with the deep and thorough cleaning provided by Captain Duster's. Thanks to Jazmyn.
I had a great first experience with Captain Duster and recommend them without hesitation! Marcus, the owner of the company, responded quickly to my inquiry and follow-up questions. He was able to squeeze me in within a couple of days. I liked the website for the service as it let me check-off options for each room regarding what I wanted to have cleaned (example: light fixtures, under furniture, baseboards). As for the cleaning itself, I couldn't be happier. Paige, the house cleaner was pleasant, personable, and energetic. She did a fine job! I wouldn't hesitate to have her come again. In fact, we've already scheduled a second visit. My experience was 100% positive.
Marco and the Captain Duster team were awesome! They did all the small things right… The appointment was scheduled for 10am and they were here at 10am sharp! The inside of my oven and kitchen sink have never been so clean… Everything looked amazing and I can't wait for them to come back. I would 100% recommend them to friends and family.
They did a fantastic job deep cleaning my house. They cleaned every crack and crevice! I've hired deep cleaners before, but they didn't really deep clean. This was a true deep cleaning. Inside cabinets and drawers, under the refrigerator, the baseboards, light fixtures, no area was missed! Like a detailing for my house!! I will definitely use this service again! Thank you!
Very easy to book a time they show up on time and we’re professional. Most importantly they did an amazing job cleaning.
Ahhh! Just what I wanted. A thorough cleaning with attention to detail. Every moment was spent focused on the task at hand; steadily paced and methodical. I am very happy with their work ethic and the result. The entire team has been great from the initial call back from Viktor, his follow up after the cleaning and of course the cleaning itself! I look forward to making this a regular experience!
Excellent Service.Rebecca is the Best.
I’ve been using Captain Duster for about 3 years now, their communication skills are implacable, their service is excellent as usual! this team always make my house perfect. Very Very happy customer - please go ahead. Fyi : not being paid or getting discounts to tell you how fabulous they are. Just a very grateful customer.
Kelsey did an amazing job! It was such a stress relief to come home to a tidy and clean home especially with pets. She left my bathrooms and kitchen sparkling, my shelves and furniture dust free, my floors sanitized, and even scrubbed all the noseprints from the pups off the back door. I’ll truly be able to relax this weekend and will definitely be booking a cleaning at least once a month. 100% worth it and so glad I booked with Kelsey and Captain Duster!!!
Amazing work. House was transformed after Joanna & Mariya worked magic. So glad I called for help. I’ve been trying to clean a rental house for weeks. They came in and made it so much better. Professional, well trained and hard workers. thank you guys so much. I will call again.
I’ve used Captain Duster for a few months now and they are always very professional and on time, and the owner is great at communicating about upcoming cleanings and inquiring about my satisfaction with the job each time. They use high quality products (like Mrs. Meyers) and clean efficiently within the set timeframe. Joanna has done most of our cleanings and she has been great!
They provide excellent service and attention to detail! They have been very accommodating with us and our schedule! Great work and communication! Highly recommend!! Thank you guys!!

Very professional. Fast communication & estimate, great price! Place was spotless, kitchen & bathrooms shined, not a speck of dust left, just sparkling cleanliness, & fresh clean smell. Highly recommended!
We've been customers since November 2021. Danilo has always done a thorough job of cleaning our house. Captain Duster is good at communicating about upcoming appointments and answering any questions we've had. We're happy to give them five stars.

FAQ
None. Joining the Land O Lakes waitlist costs nothing, commits you to nothing, and you can ignore the message when it arrives.
Captain Duster's active crews are on Florida's Treasure Coast and Space Coast. Land O Lakes, near The chain of lakes around Lake Padgett and Land O' Lakes Heritage Park, is outside that area today — which is exactly why this is a waitlist and not a booking page.
Not yet. Land O Lakes is on our expansion list but no crews work there today. The waitlist on this page is how you hear about it first — one message, on the day that changes.
When Land O Lakes opens, coverage would be built around 34637, 34638 and 34639. Those are the ZIPs the neighbourhoods on this page fall under.
Nearby
The same Land O' Lakes crews run these routes too — Viera, Cocoa, Rockledge — so a recurring slot here usually means one nearby is open as well.
