I had a wonderful experience with Captain Duster today! Paige came to clean my home, and I couldn't have been more pleased. She was incredibly polite, respectful, professional, and hardworking. She spent over four hours cleaning and still managed to finish ahead of schedule, which was a nice bonus because it gave me more time to enjoy the rest of my day! Most importantly, my house is absolutely spotless! I also want to give a shout-out to the office staff. Their communication is excellent, from the text messages and appointment reminders to the personal conversations I've had with them. Everyone I've spoken with has been genuinely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It's refreshing to deal with a company that clearly values customer service. I originally booked Captain Duster just to give them a try, but after today's experience, I'm definitely going to become a regular customer. Thank you, Paige, and the entire Captain Duster team, for such a great experience! I highly recommend them!

Every cleaner I have had has been great, they are super responsive, they care about their customers, and do great at their job!

Captain Duster left my home sparkling!! I had never paid for someone to clean my home but it was so worth it for the mental health. My oven looks amazing, the bathrooms are shiny, and you could eat off the floors. They even vacuumed my dog’s bed which is so sweet! I will absolutely be booking them for a more regular clean.

Had a great experience with Captain Duster, Marco and Jacqueline! Arrived from Brazil on Friday morning after being displaced from entering my condo for over two years due to building construction. Walked in expecting some dust, but what i found was dead roaches, gecko in the freezer, droppings everywhere in the kitchen, counters and cabinets! Was only staying for the weekend to check on the condo, but i needed immediate help! Spoke to Marco, explained the situation and got next-day service! Jacqueline showed up 10am and tackled the kitchen which was by far the worst of it.

I am very happy with their work ethic and the result. The entire team has been great from the initial call back from Viktor, his follow up after the cleaning and of course the cleaning itself! I have been with Captain Duster for 1 year. The Housekeeping Service is excellent regardless of Housekeeper. Marcus Owner is always posting immediately after Services completed of satisfaction. My Housekeeper at present Anna is exceptional asking on arrival any changes needs for today Service. Service with a smile is quality service to me. I highly recommend a home visit with Team when considering a new or change of provider . The First #1 visit is total detailed house cleaning top to bottom then regular scheduled Service .

Captain Duster is a refreshing experience from all previous home cleaning services I've used. It is obvious this organization wants to earn and KEEP customers. From the the well-organized office staff to their team of upbeat cleaning professionals, there's no question you can tell Captain Duster has a five star standard of excellence rarely found in this industry today. I love and appreciate their attitude towards customer satisfaction. That seems to be their number one priority. If you're picky about details like I am, I highly recommend giving them a try. What a great experience! When Molly Maids disappointed us by telling us there is a chemical smell in our home - even though it was only cleaning product and could not clean that day. I called Captain Duster and they were happy to help the next day. They listened to what I had asked and helped me get my house sell ready. I highly recommend them!!

Impressed by this company. Anna & Kaitlyn were punctual, detail oriented and friendly. They did an awesome job. They listened and were awesome with my pets. Also like the flexibility of the company and how they can cater to different jobs you need. What I've been looking for!

Exceptional work, stayed working the entire time and utilized every minute efficiently. Cleaning was thorough and I would highly recommend for deep cleaning/move in cleaning/any other cleaning.
