Had a great experience with Captain Duster, Marco and Jacqueline! Arrived from Brazil on Friday morning after being displaced from entering my condo for over two years due to building construction. Walked in expecting some dust, but what i found was dead roaches, gecko in the freezer, droppings everywhere in the kitchen, counters and cabinets! Was only staying for the weekend to check on the condo, but i needed immediate help! Spoke to Marco, explained the situation and got next-day service! Jacqueline showed up 10am and tackled the kitchen which was by far the worst of it.

Did a great job. And fit me in very quickly when another company had to cancel. I did an add on for my white cabinets. Glad I did. They even allowed me to exclude the guest bedroom as it rarely used. It all looks wonderful. They take pride in their work. I will schedule again for continuous services.

From the first phone call, great customer care and communication. Victor made sure he understood exactly what our specific cleaning needs were and that we weren’t signing up for more than we needed. Very happy with Chelsea’s work, she was pleasant, efficient, and thorough. Really appreciate her work and her attention to the things we asked to have addressed. Really good experience using Captain Duster. They have been coming to clean for us for a few weeks and always ask if there is anything special we need doing. The ladies who come are very sweet and hard workers. Because the house looks so nice when done, it gives me an incentive to keep it up in between. I now no longer need to be stressed when we have unexpected visitors as I know the house is tidy and clean. Captain Duster is very professional and it is a pleasure working with them, especially Victor.

The team did a fantastic job! Full house clean out, doors, windows, light fixtures and switches, ceiling fans, bathroom and kitchen, stainless is spotless! It was done as quoted and I couldnt be more pleased with this crew! Highly recommend them!
