I had a wonderful experience with Captain Duster today! Paige came to clean my home, and I couldn't have been more pleased. She was incredibly polite, respectful, professional, and hardworking. She spent over four hours cleaning and still managed to finish ahead of schedule, which was a nice bonus because it gave me more time to enjoy the rest of my day! Most importantly, my house is absolutely spotless! I also want to give a shout-out to the office staff. Their communication is excellent, from the text messages and appointment reminders to the personal conversations I've had with them. Everyone I've spoken with has been genuinely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It's refreshing to deal with a company that clearly values customer service. I originally booked Captain Duster just to give them a try, but after today's experience, I'm definitely going to become a regular customer.
