I left messages several times when I called and they always got back to me within a matter of minutes. Victor is who I spoke to each time and he is amazing. Ive used Captain Duster for a few months now and they are always very professional and on time, and the owner is great at communicating about upcoming cleanings and inquiring about my satisfaction with the job each time. They use high quality products (like Mrs. Meyers) and clean efficiently within the set timeframe. Joanna has done most of our cleanings and she has been great!

Marcos and Samantha are amazing! They take a very detailed and organized approach to cleaning so they hit every inch of your home. They apply the same process management skills to how they run their business. My home is spotless and the customer service is excellent. I couldn't ask for more in a cleaning service.

Captain Duster has been cleaning our home for a couple months now and we LOVE them! Sam and Marcos are fast, efficient, friendly, accommodating to our needs, and their attention to detail is spot on. We love that we do not have to remind them of items they have missed or didn't clean quite right because that just doesn't happen with them. And they are just the sweetest couple you can imagine! Excellent cleaning service, far exceeded my expectations. I had the initial "deep clean" and they cleaned all of my fans, the patio windows (outside) which were all salt, hosed the patio off, in addition to the basics of bathrooms, showers and floors. Lovely job! Very pleased.
