A spotless The Villages home is coming. Join the waitlist and you’ll be first to book the day we open.
Expanding · The Villages, FL
If you searched for house cleaning in The Villages and landed here, the honest answer is: not yet. The Villages sits on our expansion list, close to Lake Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs Town Squares, and the waitlist below is the only thing on this page that does anything today.
When we do open, the 4 ZIP codes we would work first are 32162, 32163, 32159 and 34785. On the neighbourhood level that means Spanish Springs, Lake Sumter Landing, Brownwood Paddock Square and Sawgrass Grove, among others.
Near enough to the water to feel it, far enough to be spared the worst of it: that is where The Villages sits, and it shapes how often a home actually needs attention rather than how dramatic each visit is.
Joining costs nothing and commits you to nothing. No spam, no drip sequence, no sales call — one message, on the day crews actually reach The Villages, and waitlist members book before the general list opens.
Why we exist
You work all week. You get home. The house needs attention again — counters, floors, bathrooms, dust that showed up two days after you cleaned. Saturday morning rolls around and instead of doing what you actually want, you're scrubbing toilets and mopping floors.
The house gets clean. But you're exhausted. And by Wednesday, it looks like you never touched it.
Meanwhile, the things that actually matter to you — time with your kids, your business, your health, a Saturday that feels like a Saturday — keep getting pushed to "next week."
You shouldn't have to choose between a clean home and a life you enjoy. That's a trade-off that doesn't need to exist.

Captain Duster left my home sparkling!! I had never paid for someone to clean my home but it was so worth it for the mental health. My oven looks amazing, the bathrooms are shiny, and you could eat off the floors. They even vacuumed my dog’s bed which is so sweet! I will absolutely be booking them for a more regular clean.

From the first phone call, great customer care and communication. Victor made sure he understood exactly what our specific cleaning needs were and that we weren’t signing up for more than we needed. Very happy with Chelsea’s work, she was pleasant, efficient, and thorough. Really appreciate her work and her attention to the things we asked to have addressed. Will definitely ask to work with her again. Very happy overall.
