I had a great first experience with Captain Duster and recommend them without hesitation! Marcus, the owner of the company, responded quickly to my inquiry and follow-up questions. He was able to squeeze me in within a couple of days. I liked the website for the service as it let me check-off options for each room regarding what I wanted to have cleaned (example: light fixtures, under furniture, baseboards). As for the cleaning itself, I couldn't be happier. Paige, the house cleaner was pleasant, personable, and energetic. She did a fine job! I wouldn't hesitate to have her come again. In fact, we've already scheduled a second visit. My experience was 100% positive.

I have had one deep cleaning & one regular cleaning. Everything went well. The customer service was superb, and the cleaning was great. I have signed up for a weekly cleaning. No hesitation on recommending them. The cleaner showed up on time, and was not on her phone. I had a problem with that in the past. The cleaners also spoke english so that was fabulous. No communication problems. 🥇

10/10 - I will be using again! Very thorough and detailed cleaning, appreciated the time and care they took. The gentlemen I booked with, Vincent, is very friendly and accomodating.

Hailey is one of the nicest person you’ll meet, always willing to help in whatever you need done and smiling the whole time!!!

She did not disappoint The house was sparkling clean and smelled so good (in spite of our scruffy dog, George) we have a tiny space for a table and she positioned it a bit differently than I had it. I am AMAZED! it looks so nice. Thanks Rebecca and Captain Duster!

Ahhh! Just what I wanted. A thorough cleaning with attention to detail.Every moment was spent focused on the task at hand; steadily paced and methodical. I am very happy with their work ethic and the result.The entire team has been great from the initial call back from Viktor, his follow up after the cleaning and of course the cleaning itself! Last January I had a difficult cleaning issue with a new puppy. Because of that and new employees were being trained on site, the cleaning session took longer than I expected. Because Captain Duster was concerned about my feedback and wanting to provide 5 star satisfaction to every customer, he not only refunded the amount charged for that visit, but has offered 2 FREE hours of cleaning additionally.
