I had a wonderful experience with Captain Duster today! Paige came to clean my home, and I couldn't have been more pleased. She was incredibly polite, respectful, professional, and hardworking. She spent over four hours cleaning and still managed to finish ahead of schedule, which was a nice bonus because it gave me more time to enjoy the rest of my day! Most importantly, my house is absolutely spotless! I also want to give a shout-out to the office staff. Their communication is excellent, from the text messages and appointment reminders to the personal conversations I've had with them. Everyone I've spoken with has been genuinely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It's refreshing to deal with a company that clearly values customer service. I originally booked Captain Duster just to give them a try, but after today's experience, I'm definitely going to become a regular customer. Thank you, Paige, and the entire Captain Duster team, for such a great experience! I highly recommend them!

My house was sparkling clean, ready for the new owners. Their attention to detail was impeccable, and their pricing was perfect. I can't recommend them enough! Marco and his crew showed up on time. They were very meticulous in their cleaning. They were polite and work continuously. The price was reasonable but the best part was that they did a great job. I would highly recommend them!!

I have had Captain Duster twice one for a deeper cleaning and today for a monthly cleaning. Alyssa is very thorough and may I add warm and friendly. I have Italian tile floors throughout which I am constantly going over at least every other day. I am blown away. Today was the first time I’ve used Captain Duster and it will definitely not be my last. They were a breeze to communicate with and I loved that I could get an estimate quickly and easily via text and email. I have 5 cats and a Golden Retriever so pet hair is a huge deal at my house and they handled it perfectly! I can’t wait for my next cleaning! I had a bathroom renovation and was overwhelmed with the thought of cleaning all the dust in my bedroom and bath. I called Captain Duster who sent Tamara and let me tell you, she was truly a Godsend! She cleaned every square inch of my bed and bath and took all my worries away! I will use Captain Duster and request Tamara again!

From the first phone call, great customer care and communication. Victor made sure he understood exactly what our specific cleaning needs were and that we weren’t signing up for more than we needed. Very happy with Chelsea’s work, she was pleasant, efficient, and thorough. Really appreciate her work and her attention to the things we asked to have addressed. Will definitely ask to work with her again. Very happy overall.

I am older and have difficulty keeping my house clean. In addition, I have several dogs. As a result, my house was a mess and I contacted Captain Duster for a deep clean. A team of two arrived this morning. However, one of them had an emergency and had to leave. That left Tamara by herself to deal with a 1600 SF dirt bowl. And, I am incredibly happy with the cleaning! I don't understand how one woman did all that she did and did it so well. We were up to our knees in dog hair and there doesn't appear to be one hair left in the house. Not even on the dog beds. How does that happen? Tamara is an excellent cleaner and a pleasure to deal with.

Absolutely stunning job!! They came in and detailed every tiny detail of my house including the trash can and bottles in the kitchen. I am not easy impressed at all but this job blew me away. If you need a real through deep clean to actually get your house clean then this is the company to go with!! Incredible!!

Rebecca did a great 5**** job! We felt comfortable with her at once and left to do errands. She did not disappoint The house was sparkling clean and smelled so good (in spite of our scruffy dog, George) we have a tiny space for a table and she positioned it a bit differently than I had it. Ive used Captain Duster for a few months now and they are always very professional and on time, and the owner is great at communicating about upcoming cleanings and inquiring about my satisfaction with the job each time. They use high quality products (like Mrs. Meyers) and clean efficiently within the set timeframe. Joanna has done most of our cleanings and she has been great!

Exceptional work, stayed working the entire time and utilized every minute efficiently. Cleaning was thorough and I would highly recommend for deep cleaning/move in cleaning/any other cleaning.
