Need a real reset for your home?
Local deep cleaning crews who already work Merritt Island every week — from Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge to every block in between. Same crew every visit. Up-front pricing. Free guaranteed quote in minutes.
Why we exist
You work all week. You get home. The house needs attention again — counters, floors, bathrooms, dust that showed up two days after you cleaned. Saturday morning rolls around and instead of doing what you actually want, you're scrubbing toilets and mopping floors.
The house gets clean. But you're exhausted. And by Wednesday, it looks like you never touched it.
Meanwhile, the things that actually matter to you — time with your kids, your business, your health, a Saturday that feels like a Saturday — keep getting pushed to "next week."
You shouldn't have to choose between a clean home and a life you enjoy. That's a trade-off that doesn't need to exist.

Over time, grease bakes onto oven walls, spills harden in the fridge, and odors linger. Dust hides under furniture, grime clings to baseboards, and regular cleaning can't keep up. Most cleaners skip the details that matter most.
What this looks like in Merritt Island
Deep Cleaning in Merritt Island, FL — a thorough top-to-bottom reset, ideal before starting a recurring plan. Recurring plans include a discount, and prepaying lowers the rate further. Backed by the Captain's Guarantee: if an area we cleaned isn't right, request a re-clean within 24 hours. Part of our Treasure Coast & Space Coast service area.
A deep clean in a Merritt Island canal-front home involves addressing surfaces shaped by dual water exposure — the interior humidity driven by the Indian and Banana rivers, and the direct splash and spray that lanai structures adjacent to the water accumulate. Algae residue on screen lanai frames, mold growth in grout lines of bathrooms with poor ventilation, and mineral scale on fixtures fed by Indian River groundwater are the three areas that distinguish Merritt Island deep cleans from mainland counterparts. The wildlife refuge to the north contributes biological pollen and organic particulate that settles inside through screen rooms during spring migration season — a deep clean in April or May often reveals a layer of fine organic material on every horizontal surface.
Merritt Island sits between the Indian and Banana rivers, so every clean here factors in humidity and the pollen drifts that come off the marshes. The waterfront properties along the canals south of SR-520 and out toward South Tropical Trail are typically open-floor-plan homes with lots of glass, big lanais and screen rooms. North Merritt Island toward Courtenay Parkway leans newer-build with stamped-concrete drives and tile pool decks. When you go recurring you get the same crew every visit, and you get a written guaranteed quote in minutes with no in-person estimate.
We work Merritt Island, Brevard County neighborhoods including North Merritt Island, South Tropical Trail, Sykes Creek, Newfound Harbor, across 32952, 32953. Booking deep cleaning here does not mean waiting for a crew to drive in from another county — this is a road we already run.
Merritt Island sits inside Brevard County, and the same Brevard County crews hold this route. That is what makes the schedule stick: no subcontracting, no rotating strangers, no ZIP-code surcharge inside 32952, 32953.
There is no separate "Merritt Island rate": what you are quoted for deep cleaning is what the space needs, and the crew that shows up is the crew already assigned to Merritt Island, Brevard County. If an area we cleaned is not right, tell us within 24 hours and we come back at no charge.
Treat your home — and yourself — to a deeper clean.

Captain Duster left my home sparkling!! I had never paid for someone to clean my home but it was so worth it for the mental health. My oven looks amazing, the bathrooms are shiny, and you could eat off the floors. They even vacuumed my dog’s bed which is so sweet! I will absolutely be booking them for a more regular clean.
This company does a great job. They clean both our home and business; they are highly responsive and reliable. 100% recommend!
Marco and his crew showed up on time. They were very meticulous in their cleaning. They were polite and work continuously. The price was reasonable but the best part was that they did a great job. I would highly recommend them!!
Had a great experience with Captain Duster, Marco and Jacqueline! Arrived from Brazil on Friday morning after being displaced from entering my condo for over two years due to building construction. Walked in expecting some dust, but what i found was dead roaches, gecko in the freezer, droppings everywhere in the kitchen, counters and cabinets! Was only staying for the weekend to check on the condo, but i needed immediate help! Spoke to Marco, explained the situation and got next-day service! Jacqueline showed up 10am and tackled the kitchen which was by far the worst of it.
Captain Duster is outstanding! Marco, along with his beautiful wife and her assistant were five star+++. They were impeccable in every way. From their cleaning supplies to their attention to every detail shines above anything one could hope for. Don’t hesitate to call them as their services are simply unmatched!
We had an excellent experience with Captain Duster Cleaning Company! Marco was extremely professional, responsive, and knowledgeable from start to finish. He took the time to answer all of our questions, communicated clearly, and did a fantastic job. We were so impressed with the quality of the service that we’ll be requesting an estimate for recurring cleanings. If you’re looking for a reliable and professional cleaning company, I highly recommend Captain Duster!
tamara did an excellent job on my house!! will definitely use her again !
Twice now, always good
Today we had a great experience. We hired Captain Duster to do a deep clean. First - Victor was great to coordinate the cleaning. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Second - today we had 4 professionals come in and clean our house. They were Lexi, Connor, Samantha and Marco. They were a great team and did a phenomenal job. They were thorough and efficient. Because they did a great job, we've hired Captain Duster to clean our house monthly. I would highly recommend Captain Duster.
ViMarie was extremely professional and proficient! She has a lovely personality! I am very happy with her cleaning. I even have decided to schedule her every four weeks for the next several months and will see how that goes. As far as the company, Captain Duster, they are extremely professional and technically proficient. They spell out their procedures so you know what you should expect. I left messages several times when I called and they always got back to me within a matter of minutes. Victor is who I spoke to each time and he is amazing. I can say how much I really liked this service. I highly recommend them. Happy New Year!
