When we do open, the 2 ZIP codes we would work first are 33160 and 33180. On the neighbourhood level that means Williams Island, The Waterways, Aventura Yacht Club and Hamptons, among others.
Being this close to the Atlantic changes what "clean" costs in hours. Salt and sand are constant, not seasonal, and a home near Aventura Mall & the JW Marriott Turnberry Resort accumulates both faster than an inland one. We would rather arrive in Aventura with the right crew size for that than stretch a team thin.
What happens after you join: nothing, until it matters. We contact Aventura waitlist members once, when we genuinely open, and that message is an invitation to book — not a newsletter.

Did a great job. And fit me in very quickly when another company had to cancel. I did an add on for my white cabinets. Glad I did. They even allowed me to exclude the guest bedroom as it rarely used. It all looks wonderful. They take pride in their work. I will schedule again for continuous services.

I have had one deep cleaning & one regular cleaning. Everything went well. The customer service was superb, and the cleaning was great. I have signed up for a weekly cleaning. No hesitation on recommending them. The cleaner showed up on time, and was not on her phone. I had a problem with that in the past. The cleaners also spoke english so that was fabulous. No communication problems. 🥇

Today we had a great experience. We hired Captain Duster to do a deep clean. First - Victor was great to coordinate the cleaning. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Second - today we had 4 professionals come in and clean our house. They were Lexi, Connor, Samantha and Marco. They were a great team and did a phenomenal job. They were thorough and efficient. Because they did a great job, we've hired Captain Duster to clean our house monthly. I would highly recommend Captain Duster.

Captain Duster is a refreshing experience from all previous home cleaning services I've used. It is obvious this organization wants to earn and KEEP customers. From the the well-organized office staff to their team of upbeat cleaning professionals, there's no question you can tell Captain Duster has a five star standard of excellence rarely found in this industry today. I love and appreciate their attitude towards customer satisfaction. That seems to be their number one priority. If you're picky about details like I am, I highly recommend giving them a try.
