Had a great experience with Captain Duster, Marco and Jacqueline! Arrived from Brazil on Friday morning after being displaced from entering my condo for over two years due to building construction. Walked in expecting some dust, but what i found was dead roaches, gecko in the freezer, droppings everywhere in the kitchen, counters and cabinets! Was only staying for the weekend to check on the condo, but i needed immediate help! Spoke to Marco, explained the situation and got next-day service! Jacqueline showed up 10am and tackled the kitchen which was by far the worst of it.

I have had Captain Duster twice one for a deeper cleaning and today for a monthly cleaning. Alyssa is very thorough and may I add warm and friendly. I have Italian tile floors throughout which I am constantly going over at least every other day. I also don’t know how the dust seems to so readily appear and I do appreciate the help to give my home that polished look! Thank you Alyssa and Captain Duster

They were a breeze to communicate with and I loved that I could get an estimate quickly and easily via text and email. I have 5 cats and a Golden Retriever so pet hair is a huge deal at my house and they handled it perfectly! I can’t wait for my next cleaning! Absolutely stunning job!! They came in and detailed every tiny detail of my house including the trash can and bottles in the kitchen. I am not easy impressed at all but this job blew me away. If you need a real through deep clean to actually get your house clean then this is the company to go with!! Incredible!!

ViMarie was extremely professional and proficient! She has a lovely personality! I am very happy with her cleaning. I even have decided to schedule her every four weeks for the next several months and will see how that goes. As far as the company, Captain Duster, they are extremely professional and technically proficient. They spell out their procedures so you know what you should expect. I left messages several times when I called and they always got back to me within a matter of minutes. Victor is who I spoke to each time and he is amazing. I have been with Captain Duster for 1 year. The Housekeeping Service is excellent regardless of Housekeeper. Marcus Owner is always posting immediately after Services completed of satisfaction. My Housekeeper at present Anna is exceptional asking on arrival any changes needs for today Service. Service with a smile is quality service to me. I highly recommend a home visit with Team when considering a new or change of provider . The First #1 visit is total detailed house cleaning top to bottom then regular scheduled Service .
