Had a great experience with Captain Duster, Marco and Jacqueline! Arrived from Brazil on Friday morning after being displaced from entering my condo for over two years due to building construction. Walked in expecting some dust, but what i found was dead roaches, gecko in the freezer, droppings everywhere in the kitchen, counters and cabinets! Was only staying for the weekend to check on the condo, but i needed immediate help! Spoke to Marco, explained the situation and got next-day service! Jacqueline showed up 10am and tackled the kitchen which was by far the worst of it.

Very professional, responsive, cares about their quality of service and the house is always clean!

I had a great first experience with Captain Duster and recommend them without hesitation! Marcus, the owner of the company, responded quickly to my inquiry and follow-up questions. He was able to squeeze me in within a couple of days. I liked the website for the service as it let me check-off options for each room regarding what I wanted to have cleaned (example: light fixtures, under furniture, baseboards). As for the cleaning itself, I couldn't be happier. Paige, the house cleaner was pleasant, personable, and energetic. She did a fine job! I wouldn't hesitate to have her come again. In fact, we've already scheduled a second visit. My experience was 100% positive.

I am older and have difficulty keeping my house clean. In addition, I have several dogs. As a result, my house was a mess and I contacted Captain Duster for a deep clean. A team of two arrived this morning. However, one of them had an emergency and had to leave. That left Tamara by herself to deal with a 1600 SF dirt bowl. And, I am incredibly happy with the cleaning! I don't understand how one woman did all that she did and did it so well. We were up to our knees in dog hair and there doesn't appear to be one hair left in the house. Not even on the dog beds. How does that happen? Tamara is an excellent cleaner and a pleasure to deal with.

As a long-term client of Captain Duster, I highly recommend this organization. This is a five star company that I truly appreciate. They work diligently to hire an excellent team of home cleaning professionals! My overall experience over the past few years has been nothing but outstanding! Team members are always on time, extremely courteous and professional with an attitude towards excellence! Today I had a relatively new team member come to my home. Her name is Tamara. She brings tremendous experience with a sense of pride in her work Tamara has a keen eye for the "little" details, which makes her an outstanding example of the Captain Duster team!

Ahhh! Just what I wanted. A thorough cleaning with attention to detail. Every moment was spent focused on the task at hand; steadily paced and methodical. I am very happy with their work ethic and the result. The entire team has been great from the initial call back from Viktor, his follow up after the cleaning and of course the cleaning itself! I look forward to making this a regular experience!

I found Captain Duster through Thumbtack. We hired them to clean my brothers house when he sold it. They worked with the time frame we needed and sent 5 people to complete the job. They did an excellent job and were professional and friendly. I strongly recommend them!
