I had a great first experience with Captain Duster and recommend them without hesitation! Marcus, the owner of the company, responded quickly to my inquiry and follow-up questions. He was able to squeeze me in within a couple of days. I liked the website for the service as it let me check-off options for each room regarding what I wanted to have cleaned (example: light fixtures, under furniture, baseboards). As for the cleaning itself, I couldn't be happier. Paige, the house cleaner was pleasant, personable, and energetic. She did a fine job! I wouldn't hesitate to have her come again. In fact, we've already scheduled a second visit. My experience was 100% positive.

I have had one deep cleaning & one regular cleaning. Everything went well. The customer service was superb, and the cleaning was great. I have signed up for a weekly cleaning. No hesitation on recommending them. The cleaner showed up on time, and was not on her phone. I had a problem with that in the past. The cleaners also spoke english so that was fabulous. No communication problems. 🥇

I had a bathroom renovation and was overwhelmed with the thought of cleaning all the dust in my bedroom and bath. I called Captain Duster who sent Tamara and let me tell you, she was truly a Godsend! She cleaned every square inch of my bed and bath and took all my worries away! I will use Captain Duster and request Tamara again!

They did a fantastic job deep cleaning my house. They cleaned every crack and crevice! I've hired deep cleaners before, but they didn't really deep clean. This was a true deep cleaning. Inside cabinets and drawers, under the refrigerator, the baseboards, light fixtures, no area was missed! Like a detailing for my house!! I will definitely use this service again! Thank you!

Absolutely stunning job!! They came in and detailed every tiny detail of my house including the trash can and bottles in the kitchen. I am not easy impressed at all but this job blew me away. If you need a real through deep clean to actually get your house clean then this is the company to go with!! Incredible!!

ViMarie was extremely professional and proficient! She has a lovely personality! I am very happy with her cleaning. I even have decided to schedule her every four weeks for the next several months and will see how that goes. As far as the company, Captain Duster, they are extremely professional and technically proficient. They spell out their procedures so you know what you should expect. I left messages several times when I called and they always got back to me within a matter of minutes. Victor is who I spoke to each time and he is amazing. Ive used Captain Duster for a few months now and they are always very professional and on time, and the owner is great at communicating about upcoming cleanings and inquiring about my satisfaction with the job each time. They use high quality products (like Mrs. Meyers) and clean efficiently within the set timeframe. Joanna has done most of our cleanings and she has been great!
