Captain Duster does not clean homes in Miami yet. We are saying that plainly because a waitlist page that reads like a service page wastes your time — and ours. What is true today: Miami is on the expansion map, and the people who join here are the first ones called when that changes.
When we do open, the 6 ZIP codes we would work first are 33125, 33127, 33130, 33131, 33133 and 33137. On the neighbourhood level that means Brickell, Wynwood, Little Havana and Coconut Grove, among others.
Miami sits on Florida's Atlantic side, and the ocean does not negotiate: salt film on glass, sand carried in on shoes, humidity working on seals and grout between visits. It is exactly the kind of upkeep a recurring schedule handles better than a heroic once-a-year effort — which is part of why we would rather open here properly than early.

Why we exist

Today was my first experience with Captain Duster. Tamara came and did a deep clean. She is very hard-working and did an excellent job. I am arranging for a basic monthly clean which will keep everything nice. Don't hesitate to call Captain Duster for your cleaning needs.
I had a great first experience with Captain Duster and recommend them without hesitation! Marcus, the owner of the company, responded quickly to my inquiry and follow-up questions. He was able to squeeze me in within a couple of days. I liked the website for the service as it let me check-off options for each room regarding what I wanted to have cleaned (example: light fixtures, under furniture, baseboards). As for the cleaning itself, I couldn't be happier. Paige, the house cleaner was pleasant, personable, and energetic. She did a fine job! I wouldn't hesitate to have her come again. In fact, we've already scheduled a second visit. My experience was 100% positive.

I have had Captain Duster twice one for a deeper cleaning and today for a monthly cleaning. Alyssa is very thorough and may I add warm and friendly. I have Italian tile floors throughout which I am constantly going over at least every other day. They did a fantastic job deep cleaning my house. They cleaned every crack and crevice! I've hired deep cleaners before, but they didn't really deep clean. This was a true deep cleaning. Inside cabinets and drawers, under the refrigerator, the baseboards, light fixtures, no area was missed! Like a detailing for my house!! I will definitely use this service again! Thank you!

Today we had a great experience. We hired Captain Duster to do a deep clean. First - Victor was great to coordinate the cleaning. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Second - today we had 4 professionals come in and clean our house. They were Lexi, Connor, Samantha and Marco. They were a great team and did a phenomenal job. They were thorough and efficient. Last January I had a difficult cleaning issue with a new puppy. Because of that and new employees were being trained on site, the cleaning session took longer than I expected.
