Abbbbsolutely thrilled with the deep clean they did at our house. They were courteous and professional, and got the entire place pristine.

I had a wonderful experience with Captain Duster today! Paige came to clean my home, and I couldn't have been more pleased. She was incredibly polite, respectful, professional, and hardworking. She spent over four hours cleaning and still managed to finish ahead of schedule, which was a nice bonus because it gave me more time to enjoy the rest of my day! Most importantly, my house is absolutely spotless! I also want to give a shout-out to the office staff. Their communication is excellent, from the text messages and appointment reminders to the personal conversations I've had with them. Everyone I've spoken with has been genuinely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It's refreshing to deal with a company that clearly values customer service. I originally booked Captain Duster just to give them a try, but after today's experience, I'm definitely going to become a regular customer. Thank you, Paige, and the entire Captain Duster team, for such a great experience! I highly recommend them!

Had a great experience with Captain Duster, Marco and Jacqueline! Arrived from Brazil on Friday morning after being displaced from entering my condo for over two years due to building construction. Walked in expecting some dust, but what i found was dead roaches, gecko in the freezer, droppings everywhere in the kitchen, counters and cabinets! Was only staying for the weekend to check on the condo, but i needed immediate help! Spoke to Marco, explained the situation and got next-day service! Jacqueline showed up 10am and tackled the kitchen which was by far the worst of it.

He took the time to answer all of our questions, communicated clearly, and did a fantastic job. I have had one deep cleaning & one regular cleaning. Everything went well. The customer service was superb, and the cleaning was great. I have signed up for a weekly cleaning. No hesitation on recommending them. The cleaner showed up on time, and was not on her phone. I had a problem with that in the past. The cleaners also spoke english so that was fabulous. No communication problems. 🥇

I am blown away. Today was the first time I’ve used Captain Duster and it will definitely not be my last. They were a breeze to communicate with and I loved that I could get an estimate quickly and easily via text and email. I have 5 cats and a Golden Retriever so pet hair is a huge deal at my house and they handled it perfectly! I can’t wait for my next cleaning! I am older and have difficulty keeping my house clean. In addition, I have several dogs. As a result, my house was a mess and I contacted Captain Duster for a deep clean. A team of two arrived this morning. However, one of them had an emergency and had to leave. That left Tamara by herself to deal with a 1600 SF dirt bowl. And, I am incredibly happy with the cleaning! I don't understand how one woman did all that she did and did it so well. We were up to our knees in dog hair and there doesn't appear to be one hair left in the house. Not even on the dog beds. How does that happen? Tamara is an excellent cleaner and a pleasure to deal with.

ViMarie was extremely professional and proficient! She has a lovely personality! I am very happy with her cleaning. I even have decided to schedule her every four weeks for the next several months and will see how that goes. As far as the company, Captain Duster, they are extremely professional and technically proficient. They spell out their procedures so you know what you should expect. I left messages several times when I called and they always got back to me within a matter of minutes. Victor is who I spoke to each time and he is amazing. I can say how much I really liked this service. I highly recommend them. Happy New Year!
