When we do open, the 2 ZIP codes we would work first are 33067 and 33076. On the neighbourhood level that means Heron Bay, Parkland Golf & Country Club, Cypress Head and Pine Tree Estates, among others.
Parkland sits on Florida's Atlantic side, and the ocean does not negotiate: salt film on glass, sand carried in on shoes, humidity working on seals and grout between visits. It is exactly the kind of upkeep a recurring schedule handles better than a heroic once-a-year effort — which is part of why we would rather open here properly than early.

I have had Captain Duster twice one for a deeper cleaning and today for a monthly cleaning. Alyssa is very thorough and may I add warm and friendly. I have Italian tile floors throughout which I am constantly going over at least every other day.
