I had a great first experience with Captain Duster and recommend them without hesitation! Marcus, the owner of the company, responded quickly to my inquiry and follow-up questions. He was able to squeeze me in within a couple of days. I liked the website for the service as it let me check-off options for each room regarding what I wanted to have cleaned (example: light fixtures, under furniture, baseboards). As for the cleaning itself, I couldn't be happier. Paige, the house cleaner was pleasant, personable, and energetic. She did a fine job! I wouldn't hesitate to have her come again. In fact, we've already scheduled a second visit. My experience was 100% positive.

I am blown away. Today was the first time I’ve used Captain Duster and it will definitely not be my last. They were a breeze to communicate with and I loved that I could get an estimate quickly and easily via text and email. I have 5 cats and a Golden Retriever so pet hair is a huge deal at my house and they handled it perfectly! I can’t wait for my next cleaning! I had a bathroom renovation and was overwhelmed with the thought of cleaning all the dust in my bedroom and bath. I called Captain Duster who sent Tamara and let me tell you, she was truly a Godsend! She cleaned every square inch of my bed and bath and took all my worries away! I will use Captain Duster and request Tamara again!

Ahhh! Just what I wanted. A thorough cleaning with attention to detail. Every moment was spent focused on the task at hand; steadily paced and methodical. I am very happy with their work ethic and the result. The entire team has been great from the initial call back from Viktor, his follow up after the cleaning and of course the cleaning itself! I look forward to making this a regular experience!

Rebecca did a great 5**** job! We felt comfortable with her at once and left to do errands. She did not disappoint The house was sparkling clean and smelled so good (in spite of our scruffy dog, George) we have a tiny space for a table and she positioned it a bit differently than I had it. I am AMAZED! it looks so nice. Thanks Rebecca and Captain Duster!

What you need is important

Ive used Captain Duster for a few months now and they are always very professional and on time, and the owner is great at communicating about upcoming cleanings and inquiring about my satisfaction with the job each time. They use high quality products (like Mrs. Meyers) and clean efficiently within the set timeframe. Joanna has done most of our cleanings and she has been great!

I have been with Captain Duster for 1 year. The Housekeeping Service is excellent regardless of Housekeeper. Marcus Owner is always posting immediately after Services completed of satisfaction. My Housekeeper at present Anna is exceptional asking on arrival any changes needs for today Service. Service with a smile is quality service to me. I highly recommend a home visit with Team when considering a new or change of provider . The First #1 visit is total detailed house cleaning top to bottom then regular scheduled Service .
