Had a great experience with Captain Duster, Marco and Jacqueline! Arrived from Brazil on Friday morning after being displaced from entering my condo for over two years due to building construction. Walked in expecting some dust, but what i found was dead roaches, gecko in the freezer, droppings everywhere in the kitchen, counters and cabinets! Was only staying for the weekend to check on the condo, but i needed immediate help! Spoke to Marco, explained the situation and got next-day service! Jacqueline showed up 10am and tackled the kitchen which was by far the worst of it.

I am older and have difficulty keeping my house clean. In addition, I have several dogs. As a result, my house was a mess and I contacted Captain Duster for a deep clean. A team of two arrived this morning. However, one of them had an emergency and had to leave. That left Tamara by herself to deal with a 1600 SF dirt bowl. And, I am incredibly happy with the cleaning! I don't understand how one woman did all that she did and did it so well. We were up to our knees in dog hair and there doesn't appear to be one hair left in the house. Not even on the dog beds. How does that happen? Tamara is an excellent cleaner and a pleasure to deal with.

Really good experience using Captain Duster. They have been coming to clean for us for a few weeks and always ask if there is anything special we need doing. The ladies who come are very sweet and hard workers. Because the house looks so nice when done, it gives me an incentive to keep it up in between. I now no longer need to be stressed when we have unexpected visitors as I know the house is tidy and clean. Captain Duster is very professional and it is a pleasure working with them, especially Victor.

ViMarie was extremely professional and proficient! She has a lovely personality! I am very happy with her cleaning. I even have decided to schedule her every four weeks for the next several months and will see how that goes. As far as the company, Captain Duster, they are extremely professional and technically proficient. They spell out their procedures so you know what you should expect. I left messages several times when I called and they always got back to me within a matter of minutes. Victor is who I spoke to each time and he is amazing. Vimarie did an awesome job deep cleaning my home. She was professional, friendly, and thorough and took great care to cater her service to what I needed. I gladly recommend her and recommend Captain Duster if their other cleaners are as good as Vimarie.
