Apartment & Condo Cleaning across Florida's Treasure Coast and everywhere else in Sebastian — same background-checked crew, all supplies included, price in writing before anyone comes out.
Apartment & Condo Cleaning · Sebastian, FL
Here's what apartment cleaning means at Captain Duster, and what it means in Sebastian. Apartments and condos are not small houses — the kitchen and the bathroom are most of the work, storage is tight, and building rules decide when and how we get in. We size the crew and the visit to the floor plan instead of charging you for a house, and we work with front desks, gates and elevators rather than around them.
We already run Sebastian, Indian River County: Sebastian Highlands, Hardee Park, Riverview Park and every address inside 32958, 32976. There is no minimum-distance trip charge anywhere in Sebastian, and the crew that takes your apartment cleaning slot is the crew that already drives this route.
The people who show up are background-checked W-2 employees of Captain Duster, not contractors, and the company is fully bonded and insured. Everything needed for the visit comes with the crew, the price is in writing before we start, and the Captain's 24-hour Guarantee covers the work.

Captain Duster left my home sparkling!! I had never paid for someone to clean my home but it was so worth it for the mental health. My oven looks amazing, the bathrooms are shiny, and you could eat off the floors. They even vacuumed my dog’s bed which is so sweet! I will absolutely be booking them for a more regular clean.
Captain Duster is outstanding! Marco, along with his beautiful wife and her assistant were five star+++. They were impeccable in every way. From their cleaning supplies to their attention to every detail shines above anything one could hope for. Don’t hesitate to call them as their services are simply unmatched!
I have had Captain Duster twice one for a deeper cleaning and today for a monthly cleaning. Alyssa is very thorough and may I add warm and friendly. I have Italian tile floors throughout which I am constantly going over at least every other day. I also don’t know how the dust seems to so readily appear and I do appreciate the help to give my home that polished look! Thank you Alyssa and Captain Duster
Samantha, Marco and Danny did a wonderful job, would wholeheartedly recommend them and would definitely love for them to do other jobs for us if we should need any. Thank you!
Hailey is one of the nicest person you’ll meet, always willing to help in whatever you need done and smiling the whole time!!!
Danilo did an excellent job on my windows.
Absolutely stunning job!! They came in and detailed every tiny detail of my house including the trash can and bottles in the kitchen. I am not easy impressed at all but this job blew me away. If you need a real through deep clean to actually get your house clean then this is the company to go with!! Incredible!!
Really good experience using Captain Duster. They have been coming to clean for us for a few weeks and always ask if there is anything special we need doing. The ladies who come are very sweet and hard workers. Because the house looks so nice when done, it gives me an incentive to keep it up in between. I now no longer need to be stressed when we have unexpected visitors as I know the house is tidy and clean. Captain Duster is very professional and it is a pleasure working with them, especially Victor.
Very polite young lady who provided excellent service.
