I had a great first experience with Captain Duster and recommend them without hesitation! Marcus, the owner of the company, responded quickly to my inquiry and follow-up questions. He was able to squeeze me in within a couple of days. I liked the website for the service as it let me check-off options for each room regarding what I wanted to have cleaned (example: light fixtures, under furniture, baseboards). As for the cleaning itself, I couldn't be happier. Paige, the house cleaner was pleasant, personable, and energetic. She did a fine job! I wouldn't hesitate to have her come again. In fact, we've already scheduled a second visit. My experience was 100% positive.

I am blown away. Today was the first time I’ve used Captain Duster and it will definitely not be my last. They were a breeze to communicate with and I loved that I could get an estimate quickly and easily via text and email. I am older and have difficulty keeping my house clean. In addition, I have several dogs. As a result, my house was a mess and I contacted Captain Duster for a deep clean. A team of two arrived this morning. However, one of them had an emergency and had to leave. That left Tamara by herself to deal with a 1600 SF dirt bowl.And, I am incredibly happy with the cleaning! I don't understand how one woman did all that she did and did it so well. We were up to our knees in dog hair and there doesn't appear to be one hair left in the house. Not even on the dog beds. How does that happen?Tamara is an excellent cleaner and a pleasure to deal with.

Rebecca did a great 5**** job! We felt comfortable with her at once and left to do errands. She did not disappointThe house was sparkling clean and smelled so good (in spite of our scruffy dog, George) we have a tiny space for a table and she positioned it a bit differently than I had it. Today we had a great experience. We hired Captain Duster to do a deep clean. First - Victor was great to coordinate the cleaning. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Second - today we had 4 professionals come in and clean our house. They were Lexi, Connor, Samantha and Marco. They were a great team and did a phenomenal job. They were thorough and efficient. Because they did a great job, we've hired Captain Duster to clean our house monthly. I would highly recommend Captain Duster.

What you need is important

Ive used Captain Duster for a few months now and they are always very professional and on time, and the owner is great at communicating about upcoming cleanings and inquiring about my satisfaction with the job each time. They use high quality products (like Mrs. Meyers) and clean efficiently within the set timeframe. Joanna has done most of our cleanings and she has been great!
