Captain Duster handled my townhouse cleaning for a move out with ease. The online scheduling system, the team's communication and cleaning services were all great.

I had a great first experience with Captain Duster and recommend them without hesitation! Marcus, the owner of the company, responded quickly to my inquiry and follow-up questions. He was able to squeeze me in within a couple of days. I liked the website for the service as it let me check-off options for each room regarding what I wanted to have cleaned (example: light fixtures, under furniture, baseboards). As for the cleaning itself, I couldn't be happier. Paige, the house cleaner was pleasant, personable, and energetic. She did a fine job! I wouldn't hesitate to have her come again. In fact, we've already scheduled a second visit. My experience was 100% positive.

I am older and have difficulty keeping my house clean. In addition, I have several dogs. As a result, my house was a mess and I contacted Captain Duster for a deep clean. A team of two arrived this morning. However, one of them had an emergency and had to leave. That left Tamara by herself to deal with a 1600 SF dirt bowl.And, I am incredibly happy with the cleaning! I don't understand how one woman did all that she did and did it so well. We were up to our knees in dog hair and there doesn't appear to be one hair left in the house. Not even on the dog beds. How does that happen?Tamara is an excellent cleaner and a pleasure to deal with.

ViMarie was extremely professional and proficient! She has a lovely personality! I am very happy with her cleaning. I even have decided to schedule her every four weeks for the next several months and will see how that goes.As far as the company, Captain Duster, they are extremely professional and technically proficient. They spell out their procedures so you know what you should expect. I left messages several times when I called and they always got back to me within a matter of minutes. Victor is who I spoke to each time and he is amazing.I can say how much I really liked this service. I highly recommend them.Happy New Year!

Captain Duster is a refreshing experience from all previous home cleaning services I've used. It is obvious this organization wants to earn and KEEP customers. From the the well-organized office staff to their team of upbeat cleaning professionals, there's no question you can tell Captain Duster has a five star standard of excellence rarely found in this industry today. I love and appreciate their attitude towards customer satisfaction. That seems to be their number one priority. If you're picky about details like I am, I highly recommend giving them a try.
